Default backspacing on wheels?

First off, I have a '04 FX4 Super Crew 5.4L w/ a Daystar 2.5" leveling kit and am going to put on some 305/70R17 Nitto TG's. What is the backspacing I need if I am going to put on Helo Maxx 6's and don't want any rubbing or trimming? Thanks for any help, I am a newb and not sure if I trust the local shops that would sell me anything.

For the best fit you will need a wheel 7.5"s wide with 4.5"s of backspacing, or something close to those specs.

Does that mean i should go with 5.5" or will that keep the tire too close to the inside?
