It appears you have a 9.75" axle with I think 3.55 gears.
What does the door jamb tag say.
Ford later changed the oil spec to 75w140 I believe. Takes about 3 qts iirc.
I agree on the 3:55 gears. The 9.75 diff was available with 3:55, 3:73, 4:10 and possibly with 4:30. All of the 5.4L with superchargers were 3:73 only.
