I sprayed some tb cleaner around there and there was no jump in RPM, so I doubt a leak is there.

have you done a drive by wire relearn?

No I have not. The battery has been disconnected a few times though.

I took it to a mechanic I know and he is stumped. He suggests I take it to the dealer. I really want to avoid that.

do the TB relearn. Its worth a shot.

Put key in ignition and turn it to ON without starting it, press the skinny pedal as slowly as possible all the way to the floor, then release it as fast as possible, then turn the key all the way off.

repeat this process 3 times then start it and see if it is any better.

Have you put in different fuel recently from somewhere you normally do not get fuel?

Fuel filter is brand new. I think it may be the intake manifold gasket. I really wish it wasn't though.

Do you live somewhere they salt/brine the roads? If so, I would start with the fpdm.
