Default Auxiliary plug power

Recently bought a 2007 KR f150 4x4. Neither of the 2 auxiliary outlets (cigarette lighter or other) in the front work. The third behind the console does work. Checked fuse #41 and it was fine. Is there another I’m overlooking? Or do I need to look at something else. Limited on my mechanical abilities but can check a fuse.

Check fuse 110 for 20amp. It is listed as cigar lighter, diagnostic connector power.

Thanks for the reply Raysr. However, my owners guide says fuse 110 is not used. Sure enough, no fuse is there. Just an empty space between 102 and 118. And it’s a kind of square fuse that’s fits that spot. Like I said the rear one works fine. Just want to plug in cell phone charger in the front.
