Auto locking hubs grinding..help?

Auto locking hubs grinding..help?
So here's where I'm at. I've changed the IWE selinod to the one with the water cover and both my auto locking hubs when I put in new uppers and lowers and it's still grinding..I'm lost. The only other thing I can think of would be a vacuum leak. Any help?
