Default Auto climate control

Ok my wifes bosses 04 F-150 with auto climate control has stopped working, the climate control that is. He gets the digital display but the fan and such won't kick in. Any ideas on what this may be?

Thanks in advance!

Check for any blown fuses that may be keeping the fan from blowing. Hope it's simple, as those modules are pricey.

Ok the fuses are all good as far as I can tell. Ok maybe a little more info will help, sorry I forgot about the rest of this. Along with the climate control the seat heaters and the cigaret lighter don't work either. As I mentioned the display on the controls is the same as it was set the day it quit working but no fan or temp adjustment.

Thank you for the help!

What is meant as "as far as I can tell? Did you check your owners manual to identify which fuse protects the circuits you mention (I.E. cigarette lighter, heated seats, and A/C blower)?

You have to pull the fuse out to see if it's blown.

Did you install anything recently? Open up the dash? You have 3 non working items; uncommon for all to "go south" at once.

Pulled the fuses and visually checked them. I will need to see if he has the owners manual to see if there are any hidden fuses. Nothing has been installed or changed or taken apart on the truck, ever.

That was the actual control panel or is there a seperate modual somewhere in the dash? I just want to be sure I get the right part for the guy that owns the truck.

Thanks guys!
