Default Audio system with Aux input

I've recently got this 05 truck and am looking at the audio system and see its got no Aux input for a MP3 player.
So my question is where is the best place to locate an upgrade on the audio unit. Scrap yards are often not your best choice for this and I only want a stock unit from a later year Lariat model with the aux port, so no one will really want to steal it, hopefully.

Just like prior posts, you can add an aux port to your factory unit via a PAC or PIE unit. You can go to amazon.com or ebay.com and find one that fits the F150 for under $100. I bought the PAC unit with adapter and cables for $75. You still have your factory unit with the aux input. And they only take about 15 min to install. Well worth every penny.

Thx rmp. I believe you need a 07/08 model radio with factory wires to make the Oem stuff work.
