Default audio help!

So I can't decide what I want to do with the audio in my truck. Should I go with factory nav or a shaker 500 or 1000, a factory 8in sub, a saleen 12in, or rockford 10in, or aftermarket kicker 2 10s and kicker door speakers anybody got any suggestions

What are your sound goals, what is your budget, and what is you current head unit?

I was going to ask the same thing as GATORB8; how deep are your pockets?

Personally, if your a sound junky, skip the factory stuff; they're good, but for the price you would pay the dealer as an option, you could do better and have extra coin in your pocket afterwards. Even buying used factory this can hold true.

depends on what you wanna have...in my truck i have a pioneer F90 BT head unit with Pioneer 3 way interior speakers and a JL stealthbox (1-10" sub) with Rockford amp....and IMO it sounds bad *** and gives you pretty much all the boom you may need....but that can be pricey...so depends on the budget....id stay away from the factory sub if i was you unless your getting it for real cheap or free....but thats just my $.02

Money is not a problem, aftermarket has always been the way to go for me but I love the factory look too much, the head unit will definately a oem or a factory replacement, I just can't decide if I want to go with the nav unit, shaker unit, or a aftermarket factory replacement that has the same looks to it, and as for sound goes I have decided to go with kicker 6x8 components up front, kicker 6x8 in the back and 2 kicker 10s under seat I feel that will give me the sound I want to achieve I don't need a whole lot I just like a little bass to my metal you know, so if you guys can help me out with the best choice for the head unit I would appreciate it very much

I have a 10" shallow sub box for sale right now if you go that route...Had a rockford P3 in it. Sounded nice.
