Does anyone here know if the atrend dual downfire box could be modified to fit 2 12" speakers? Judging by the pictures of the box it seems like you could trim off 1" all the way around the holes and make it work,and maybe even raise the box by 1/2" to allow for the extra diameter.If this is not possible does anyone have plans to build my own dual 12" box??

 

You may be hard pressed to find a full depth set of 12s that will fit in the atrend box, which has a mounting depth of around 5" IIRC.
