Thanks for the positive feedback. I really was taking a chance on not knowing how it was going to look on the truck. Hope it helps others decide on what will and won't work with their truck. Grills are very subjective...different strokes for different folks as they say.
Hey now on your signature that's at the bottom of all your posts that say what you've done to your truck, now you can add a custom carbon fiber ford grille from E-Grilles.

Sig exceeds character limit already. I wouldn't be ashamed from doing it though.

Looks really good in sunlight. Did you think about swapping out the carbon fiber surround with the one off your old grill? Might make that grill pop alittle more. Its a PIA, I did it with my grill.

That's not a bad idea. If I have time I'll try to pop that out from the old. Those clips are a PITA. That's why skipped doing that the first go around. We have a 5 month old so trying to find time to try to improve the truck is limited.

This was forced improvement because I had the bright idea of using a tow strap to pull tree stump out of the ground. I found the hook in my old grill. What was I thinking

Probably thinking something like, " If I smash this one I can get a new one I really like". Looks like it worked out good, I dont know if I would have taken the chance based on the ebay pic. Those clips suck but since your old one is smashed you wont need to worry about it, the new one on the other hand....

That grill would look badass color matched to any truck. If I hadn't dropped money on a Saleen grill I would buy one, color match it and rock the s*** out of it! Nice choice!!

I'm not a big fan as it's a false carbon fibre but the design isn't bad. Overall I think it looks far better on the 09+ than our generation, but it does match your wheels. Damn, I wish I had those factory 20s!

I hear ya. It also matches the interior w the faux carbon fiber bezel. So the theme of the truck is kept inside and out. Yeah it all subjective. For $100 I am pleased. It's also unique, which is a plus.

Now I just need get a leveling kit and some decent tires.
