any ideas?

ok, when im sitting in stop and go traffic and just give enough throttle to move ahead i get this nasty rumbling from engine. but it goes away as soon as i let off gas or give more gas,any ideas.

Could be wrong, certainly not a mechanic, but could be plugs or coils going bad. How many miles are on your truck as of now?
