Default Any ideas?

Bought used f150, ran pretty rough, figured it was in need of tuneup, a few plugs were not even hand tight, codes showed one, three, six, and seven misfire changed out the loose plugs. ran better but was still getting one misfire code on six cylinder. changed the coil on the 6 cylinder. still getting the misfire. the coil connector is a little messed up and one of the wires is a little bent. Just purchased a new connector and should be here tomorrow. If that doesnt fix the misfire what should my next step be? running out of time to get truck registered and need help!!!

Is it a 4.6 or 5.4?

Check for vacuum leaks.

Clean TB and MAF sensor.

Replace all coils and all plugs it will help.

Check voltage on battery and alternator. Make sure connections are good.

Next step would be to swap another injector with #6.
See if the problem moves.
If not, compression test

Yeh just you tube compression testing its pretty simple. But it does involve removing the spark plugs. And the 5.4 might require a special adapter for the compression tester.
