hope that answers your question
That answers it perfectly. An led light bar on top of my truck constitutes 360 degrees of lighting correct even tho it's only about 6in long and 18in wide? And would hide a ways work for 360 even tho it's nowhere near as much light out put as the led light bar

A lightbar would indeed constitute 360 degree's of lighting. As for HAW's its a touchy subject. That would come down to how strict your local law enforcement is. You would be better off looking at what your local laws state about this kind of lighting, if any would be allowed.

A state trooper is who I'm getting the HAWs from. And I'd rather have the light bar.

I would highly recommend CPS Authority. I have the LN8 LED Stick in the front (middle) and Phaser 8 T4 LED Stick in the back. I also have Whelen strobes and two smaller led dash lights that I got off ebay.
