Default Antifreeze question

I have a 2006 F-150 XL and doing some regular maintenance checks on it I was looking at the condition of the antifreeze in the expansion tank. it seems to be of the pure antifreeze consistancy. I've never had to add anything to it since I bought it used. It has the yellow/orange type. I'm in Arizona so I don't really ever have to worry about cold temps.
Question #1 - Does it have the right type of antifreeze?
Question #2 - Should I drain it all and replace it?
Question #3 - If it isn't the proper mixture, what would be the consequences?

If you don't have the previous maintenance records, then it would not hurt to have it flushed. Heres a link to Fords recommended maintenance schedule. All you have to do is enter the details, and it will provide you with a recommended schedule of maintenance:

Under "normal conditions, Ford recommends flushing the cooling system at 100K miles. Dusty conditions, or twoing is considered heavy duty, and gets a more frequent recommendation.

I change my antifreeze every year. That may be overkill, but have never had a problem with water pump, radiator, heater, etc. 210,000 miles. Had a GM that I lost an engine on, from cooling system leaks. I just change a gallon of coolant, and a gallon of distilled water.
