First off, are our year (04-08) f150's notorious for window problems?? When I bought the truck, my rear passenger window couldn't go down. Drivers panel couldn't control it and neither could the button in the the rear door. Then 2 weeks ago, my driver side went down and wouldn't get back up. Had everything replaced for that. Both the motor and regulator got replaced. My passenger window button wouldn't work, driver panel button was the only one that can control it. 5 minutes ago I rolled it down then back up, it made a loud cracking noise, then just fell down. Wtf...

 

Pull back the rubber boot in the driver door jamb and check for cut wires
