I put the new FPDM in and I have no more misfiring or hesitation. Just wanted to post this unless anyone else is having the same issue.

This may be dumb but what exactly is the FDPM? I think I may be having a misfire, somewhere around 1500-1800 rpms, and this would ne way cheaper than plugs.

Fuel Pump Driver Module. It controls fuel line pressure via voltage to the fuel pump vs the old way by using a vacuum return diaphragm on the fuel rail. It's bolted to a frame cross member above the spare tire.

So something feeling like a "misfire" could very well be just a bad FPDM not keeping the fuel lines pressurized effectively?
