I've searched high and low for this answer but haven't come across it yet. I have a 2007 lariat that came with the single disc MP3 player and no factory sub. I was given a factory sub/amp combo and want to make use of it. I do not have any factory sub wiring in place that I have found and I do have an aftermarket head unit. I have no problem running a power wire from the battery as wel as a control wire and rca cables but can the factory sub/amp combo be made to work like an aftermarket one? If so, how? Thanks!

 

I don't know specifically but I may be able to figure it out if you could upload a couple pics of the connector(s) on the sub amp.

 

Check wiring diagram and the12volt.com for suggestions. I'm on my phone so can't multitask, but there should be a way
