I havent had time to go to a mechanic, but I know one thing my wheels need a new balance... between 60 and 90mph the steering wheel vibrates.. not sureif the previous owner did one, but i would have to ask him...
the truck is also making this weird sound.... i do not know how to explain.. its not a click sound like something is broking, but kind of like a light drone and you can feel it as well when you driving.. like if the steering wheel needs wd40 or something and it steering is complety find....
I'm trying to post a video of the sound cause it's really unexplainable and annoying.. could be due to balance issues?

 

you probably need to get your tires balanced. my truck was doing this shuttering thing like it was going over a dirt road and after i got my tires balanced and rotated it was back to normal.
