has anybody done it, or tried and been unsucessful?

i'm wanting to put the lariat wood grain in my fx4 but the controls are different :/

will they plug and play or what else will i have to replace so that the swap will work??

 

it's alot of work, not plug and play. you will need to add 3 sensors to make it work and connect them all to the existing harness. just buy the other bezel

 

do they make a wood grain bezel for analog controls though?

 

yes they do

 

any idea where i can find one????? lol i'm at a loss and really want the woodgrain... i'm getting around to painting the silver stripes on the dash base/clear black with red flakes and the wood would look sweet

 

dealer, auto recycler, they are rare, i have seen maybe 2 with them in ever, so chances are you will be buying a new one at the dealer. tasca ford who be the cheapest for a new one, probably 75 bucks or so
