So took the opportunity to fix the maf connector and clean the sensor. Seems to be the same as before. i.e no change

After cold soaking for 4 days this is what I see in the vid link attached

Starts at approx. 800RPM
Quickly drops to 400RPM

Climbs to approx. 1350RPM
Falls to 800RPM after about 20 seconds.

Idles at 600 once down the road and warm, no issues at all, no DTCs.

Guess next is the Tbody then O2 sensors...

Maybe if you disconnect the battery and then reconnect it will clear up... If not then I'd suspect the throttle body is to blame.

How old is the battery?

Thats a good thought.

Ashamed to say that I do not know the age of the battery but it is the Optima yellow top brand. I'll check that. Heck maybe while I am at it Ill just have it tested while its disconnected.

3-5 years is the average life expectancy of a wet cell battery (lead/acid). Dry cell battery's I here are at the top of the food chain these days lasting much longer and offering much better cold cranking characteristics... When my wet cell starts hitting the skids, I was thinking I might swap to an oddyssey battery.
