Allways around 80kph

Allways around 80kph
Hey Guys, so allitle worried this maybe something more then nothing like ive been told...
My 06 F150 has this small jerk around 80, allways at that speed, bcus more then once when it happens i look at the speedo and its at that same speed.. not sure when exactly started or whats causing it, hopefully some of u guys had this before and could give me an idea whats happening here...
got the truck about a yr ago, stock with 185k , only put maybe 5k since''small town and dont drive alot''
