i have been searching these and other sites for two weeks all of my lights pulse no matter of engine speed. dash,radio,dome,headlights,taillights all of them do it. also engine running rough feels like stumbling. code p0171 closed loop fuel system will flash fault every 30 seconds or so then go back to closed loop just happened to see it when real frustrated. replaced intake gasket, fuel pump driver module,alternator tested good 2 times on advanced auto bench test, replaced a bunch of vacuum tubes yes the tube was off b4 the intake hence why i replaced gasket when i fixed that vacuum line, 02 sensor seems to be switching back and fourth on live readings short term fuel trims went up t 50 then back down then back up only about 40 ish now but definately up and down -4 all the way up bank 2 seems to be working fine
