OK. So I have been considering this mod for quite a long time now. I have fallen in love with the minitruck scene. I like the idea of being able to lay the frame on the ground. I helped a friend w/ his 99 Ranger. I really want to do the same to my 05 F150. It's 2WD and only has a 4.2L. So I figure since it would be useless lifted, why not lower it? I've been browsing the web and haven't gotten anywhere. I'm looking for a kit or some parts lists to be able to fully remove the stock suspension and replace it with bags. I want to be able to go from laying frame on the ground to 6-8" of clearance. And 4-link the rearend as well. Does anyone out there have any suggestions or experience with this? I'd appreciate all the info I can get!

sounds like a lot of work, but if you know how to do it, just get good quality parts and build your own kit, like the tanks, air lines, air bags. Air ride technologies is a goos start. go on youtube also, there is a nice f150 fx2
