air vent covers? help

Default air vent covers? help
I need to take off my dashboard vent covers to replace the louvers. Any ideas on how to do this. It's a 2005 f150 s/c.

if you're talking about the round ones on the dash you just put your fingers inside the vent and pull it out. No dash removal required
