Hey, i'm new to this forum. I am looking to get a new used truck, but i dont know what year of the F150 would work best for me. I need a four door and i will need to lift it 4 inches. Any advice anyone has would be greatly apprieciated. Im thinkin about an 05 but im not sure.

Get 07-08, less issues than the 04-06. Look around, there's already another thread about this same topic.

 

X2^^ ive been very lucky with my 05 but you see alot more problems come up in the 04-05 models.

 

Get as new of a truck as you can afford, dont just go look at one year of trucks.
