Default Adding Bluetooth to factory nav?

2008 F150 Limited - Just wondering if anyone has any experience with this. I have factory installed nav unit, but the genius who ordered the truck (not me) chose not to have the bluetooth phone option. Is there anyway to have this installed now. I'm looking for the whole factory-installed feature set. I'm not a big fan of the aftermarket units like Parrot as most look cheap, sound so-so and have clunky user interface.

I've heard similar comments from others (outside the forum). I just kills me to have another video screen mounted on the dash. But it looks like i'll be going with a Parrot. Thanks for your help!
