Make sure you get it up to normal running temp in the middle, then shift from park to 1st do it in every gear for ex park stop reverse stop so on at least wait for it to shift and u go from P to 1st and back 3xs put it in neutral (u will have to E brake or block ur wheels) then check never use cold if you do you will have to fix ur transmission I know from experience
