Default Accelerator pedal adjustment...

I have read of the throttle response fixes and am planning to do the gas pedal to the floor while the key is turned on but not running fix, but I have read of adjusting the bolts holding the pedal on. I cannot see where the adjustment is. Maybe I just don't understand what I'm looking for. My pedal def hits the firewall. Any help anyone can offer is greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance.

Kyle

P.S. Pics are great and very appreciated.

From what I understood it was an adjustment on the actual accelerator pedal itself. I don't see one though.

Just loosen the 3 bolts, pull out and up, then retighten the bolts while holding pressure. Just did this last night and glad i did as one of my bolts was loose...

I just did the "key off pedal to the floor" thing today and it definitely brought back the instant accelaration. But I will look into the bolts too. I didn't quite understand that part of the old thread that talked about this.

As far as wide open throttle goes, not an issue for me haha

Thanks for the replies. I just did the adjustment and, damn what a difference. It is amazing how something like this isn't adjusted properly from the factory.
