Thanks for all the input, I think I solved the problem, I put the old belt back on it and so far no chirping.

Chirp is back, I drove it all day and everything was good let it sit for a few hours and when I started it the chirp was back at idle and accelerating.

Your idlers are most likely glazed over from your old glazed belt. Replace them and the belt and your issue will go away. Take a wire brush and some brakleen to the other pulleys in order to seal the deal.
