Your idlers are most likely glazed over from your old glazed belt. Replace them and the belt and your issue will go away. Take a wire brush and some brakleen to the other pulleys in order to seal the deal.

Well did a little research and parts house gave me the wrong tensioner, right one on now so far no issues.
