I need suggestion, I've got a 06 f150 king ranch with a 5.4. Ac keeps blowing fuse found diode was bad replaced key on motor off clutch turns every time I hit ac button engine on it blows 10 amp fuse # 11 any ideas

Sounds like a bad clutch.

 

Agree with clutch, but just to be sure, disconnect the wiring for the clutch, then turn on the A/C,
if it blows it's not the clutch, but if it blows.................

 

Replace the field coil
