AC Control Modual

My 2007 XLT F150's temperature control **** has gone out of whack. It can be turned to all the way to cold, then if I so much as turn it an inch it goes warm and takes hitting it repeatedly to get it to work. Has anyone experienced this as well?

Could be the control module itself. But I’ve found that there’s a module underneath the passenger dash that corrodes and needs replacing.
