Default ABS light persists

2006 4WD Xtra Cab~ Original 4.6 died so I swapped it with a 2004 engine. It's a very low mile (50k or so) I got from a friend that just happens to own a salvage yard. It runs like new. The only issue I have is when swapping engines, I broke this brake line on the ABS module.

I replaced with one from said salvage yard. There was no ABS or brake light on before the swap. Now, both remain on. I've bled the brakes a couple times as I wanted to replace the old fluid anyway but can't get either light to go away. Am I missing something here? Does the ABS module have a procedure for bleeding? Any thoughts on the matter are greatly appreciated.

Original module and pump as far as I can tell. Codes are B1342, B1352
I don't see how the module that was working before I swapped engines, goes bad upon engine re installation 2 days later but stranger things have happened. I'm wondering if I missed reconnecting a ground wire.

I replaced an ABS module on my 07...(can't remember exactly why, thinking lite was on in dash)
.everything worked fine....but lite was still on...was told unit had to be married by Ford in the computer..
Visit to ford fixed it...... $100. or so............... I'm guessing same will fix yours.......

or you can have yours repaired and no programming required... that’s the route I took.
