Ok so for the past month my ABS light will come on every now and then.... I know I need to get new pads soon but the brake feel good when I step on the brake pedal. I have noticed when I drive the truck hard or its raining the ABS Light comes on. Now when I park the truck and leave it (get home after work, go to the store, or whatever) when i start it back up the light is off.. now in the past month its only come one every few days and does go off after I park/leave the truck... Any ideas? is it just telling me i need new pads?

 

Could be an ABS sensor trying to go bad. Have your truck scanned to see if any ABS codes come up. Had the same issue and replaced the sensors and it went away.
