I have a set of 880 hid fog lights laying around, will these convert somehow to fit into the 9145 housing? (05 f150 5.4l fx4) And if so, will it melt anything? The ballast says 35 watts on it. These same lights melted the fog light housings when I had them on a Pontiac Grand Am years ago. Thanks in advance for any knowledge.. Not that smart when it comes to the wiring. I didnt want to mess anything up before I got an answer.
