just a example. my local yard has one i can get for 20 bux so im going to get it but my question is

anyone run one of these? how much more fluid does it hold. it doesnt seem to be a deeper cover but just a higher fill hole. so id thinh about a half bottle more maybe

 

If you have a 5.4 you have a 9.75 in the rear and a 8.8 in the front..if you have the 4.2 or 4.6 you have the 8.8 in the rear which this may fit, but most likely won't fit up front because its a tight fit. Wasn't sure if you wanted this for the front or back....

For the rear.I'm 2wd. I know it will fit. Just was wondering about the extra fluid capacity

 

Just checking, it looks like it would hold a bit more, which is always a good thing.

 

For 20 I would just grab it. You can always resell it for more.

 

I got it. I'll let you know how much more fluid it takes. If i remember right it usually takes 2.5 bottles or so
