Default 5.4L Fluid specs

I have no owners manual and have received contradicting answers from different web pages. Can anyone tell me what fluid to use in what and how much.

Engine Oil- 5W20- 6 or 7 quarts I can't remember
Transmission-
Transfer case-
Front and rear diff-

I believe mercon V for tranny and transfer case
75-90 for front diff
75w-140 for the rear

Excellent answer! Now the poster has his/her own owners manual.

Something every owner must have. If I buy a used vehicle, I make sure the owners manual is included, along with the jack and tire removal tools/spare tire/donut at no charge to me, or I don't buy.

And yeah I got screwed no owners manual and no jack and spare tire removal kit.
