Default 5.4 issues

Hi I am new to this forum but I recently bought a 2007 F-150 with the 5.4 and right away I had to replace the coil packs. Ran perfect after that but now 500 miles later it barely runs and is throwing the codes

-p0012
-p0016
-p0300
-p0303
-p0304
-p2196

i have tried unplugging the vct solenoids to see if it runs better but it seems just about the same to me no real noticeable difference. There’s a lot of info on this stuff but have any of you seen these codes combined?

Elaborate on why you had to replace the entire coil packs?
Did you change spark plugs?
How many miles?
Any strange sounds?
First codes are timing related. The others are misfires.

It ran really rough and was throwing an ignition code for a coil or something I can’t remember which code it was but I figured I’d replace all of them while I was in there which made it run excellent. There was no noice and still currently hear no out of the ordinary noise like timing chain slapping around or anything like that. The truck has 180k miles and the spark plugs had been done right before I bought it the previous owner had the receipts of the work for it so I didn’t bother with those.

Pull out your VCT solenoids and check for damaged screens/sludge build up etc. Confirm they're Motorcraft.

Also cleaning your MAF & TB would be easy things to start with.
