just wanted to know if the heads off a 2010 f150 5.4 3v will work on my 2008 f150 5.4. i recently replaced the cam phasers but still rattling and sounds like a diesel. i rebuld the heads and block and still doing it. when im driving its fine but when i come to a stop light it shakes and idles really low
