Default 5.4 cam codes

I'm getting three codes: P0022, P0340, and P0345. All of these codes are related to cam timing. What would cause this?? Has rough acceleration and now shudders at idle.

Default Your cam on drivers side is not where it is expected to be

you may need a full timing job.
Could mean your chain guides are broken . Chain tensioners bad about blowing oil gasket ,reducing oil pressure', dropping tension allowing chains to whip breaking guides . Guide pieces fall into oil pan clogging oil pickup reducing oil pressure more.
You could try to replace vcts that control oil flow to cam phasors commanding them to move .It is always a good first step to replace vcts . If that doesn't fix it drop oil pan and look for plastic pieces, if there a timing job is called for .
