Hey, i just bought an 05 lariat and whenever I put it in drive from park or something it wants to pull ahead really quickly and i have to be on the brake otherwise it goes ahead a good foot or two, what am i to do?

that only happens to me when i just start the truck and then i put it in drive while the rpms are still high

You got to be on the brake to get it out of park....lol

It happens. a little bit isnt an issue but just give it a second for the engine speed to settle before throwing it in drive, that should help.
