Hey,

I've had this problem for about a week now. I was in 4Hi, however, when I tried to switch into 4Lo, the light did not come on.

So Question 1:

How do I check to see if it's just the light having problems? Take off the dash unit then what?

Question 2:

If it's not the light, what can I check for (very little tools available for 3 more week, at college)?


Any ideas?

are you going at a speed of 3 MPH or below in neutral with your foot on the brake?

 

In neutral, 0MPH, foot on brake. Tried in P and D also.

 

No ideas?
