Default 4WD system description and line diagram

Hi guys,

My 4WD system is working okay (or it was) until I managed to damage the small vacuum lines and broke off the one way valve, whilst replacing all my timing gear a while ago.....

So, now, I have a small vac line coming off the solenoid on the bulkhead, but not sure how I connect it up to the lines going to the hubs etc?

Does anyone have a section in a manual on how that works, or ideally a picture of their engine bay that I could look at to copy please?

There is also a 3/8th vac hose coming from my brake servo that should connect somewhere....I am guessing this is also the vacuum for the 4WD system, but not sure how its connected?

Thanks for any help

Mark

Read this, this should help you. I read this and recently replaced ALL of my IWE lines, solenoid that is mounted on the firewall and vac reserve box behind the battery. Oh and I also replaced both IWE actuator hubs (thats where the bigger diameter hose is connected to)
