Default 4wd problems

Fella's,
I have a 2005 F-150 4.6l. Recently I have been hearing sort of a whinny noise coming from the front end, but only while accelerating. I jacked it up with the truck in 4HI and running and found that I could rotate the drivers side wheel and the both the passenger side and drivers side shafts would rotate, however the passenger side wheel did not. When I turned the pass. side wheel by hand the shaft didnt spin. I'm guessing there is probably an issue with the actuator on the front passengers side. I have already changed the solenoid as a cheap precaution but it didnt fix the issue.

I am calling on the masters for help on the issue. Thannks!
