I have a 2004 FX4 and we got a decent snow last week and I needed 4wd. When I turned my switch to 4HI the light came on and as I started to drive, my back was spinning but the front did not seem to have any power and was not spinning. Tried 4low and got the same result.

About a year ago, my truck would not engage in 4wd was making a new noise, I took it in and they said there wasn't anything wrong and the noise went away. I used the 4wd after that and everything appeared fine. I spent 15min the other day turning it off and on, restarting the truck, saying a few choice words at my truck, etc....

Anyone have similar problems? Any suggestions?
