The easiest things to put would be a cold air intake (k&n) with a throttle spacer, a high performance exhaust (flowmaster or magnaflow), and a superchip (bullydog). Of the three you will notice the power most with the superchip (its your engine on steroids). Try those and if you still are not satisfied look into the supercharger.

dont waste the money on a throttle body spacer unless you like hearin you truck whistle ha, and get a tuner with custom tunes dont waste your time with canned tunes unless you can steal it from someone

I agree. Throttle body spacers are a waste. Go out and get a programmer. I have a diablo tuner, but many people on the site have the edge.

Get a nice CAI, free flowing exhaust, and do a gear swap.
