Yeh i miss 400hp well say 350 to be honest but having a simple gas engine is cool. And a 4 door is a plus.

I drove 40k miles on an '05 stx with the 4.6 and 3.73 gears with a 3" body lift, 2.5" leveling kit, and 35/14.5/17's. It still had pretty good acceleration except for over 80 to 85 mph. It took a long time with it floored to get much faster than that but still would make it to the rev limiter. I had enough faith in the 4.6 to add a 6" suspension lift and was about to add 38/15.50's and gears when I traded it on the one have now. If you think about it the 4.6 is around 235 hp and 290 ft/lbs of torque, it wasn't too long ago that you would expect less than those numbers out of a larger v8, like a 350.

Yeah I'll probably just regear it and put a programmer in it.
