Default 4.6 engine mod

So i have a 2005 f-150 with 3.55 gears and the 4.6 engine. So i want to get my 0-60 around 7.5 without turbo, possible? And that would most likely require? Thanks to all who may help!

Don't forget a gear swap, and a set of cams.

Ya up those gears! I will keep stock tire so i should be ok.. But i did Gotts' mod which is good enough on the CAI, im planning on a nice custom true dual exhasut and for sure the efans. Im also getting gryphon custom tune and UD pulleys but maybe not headers, i heard they don't really kick in unless you get turbo. So where will all that get me lol

I mean ElTauro how far is it worht pushing this engine with 100k on it? haha
P.S. Maybe i should go for a custom turbo, bit beyond my expertise. I wonder what a shop might charge...
