For those of you with the 5100's how's the ride is it really stiff as well?

Nope, love them... If Ur on a budget, like I was, just wait and save for them, best thing I ever did for it, stiff enough where it still drives and handles like a truck, yet, much much much more forgiving than when I had spacers, 100% recommend them, and also recommend saving up to swap all four at once if you can wait to budget it

how can you compare struts to spacers ? what you need to compare is stock struts vs 5100's. .. the spacer had nothing to do with it, when it comes to ride quality.

Throw a spacer between the strut and coil and I guarantee it will change the ride quality no matter what strut you are running.

A level doesnt put a space between the strut and coil. Spacer levels sit on top of the coilover assembly.

There's actually a type of spacer called a coil spacer that does go between the coil and the top mount of the strut. They don't seem to be common on f150s though. They are real popular on tacomas.
