Default 35s with 2.5 level and not rubbing?

I have a 2.5 level and 305 65 17 which I understand are equvilent to 33s. the tires rub on my sway bar when fully turned left or right. Wouldn't 35s rub really bad esp with suspension travel? I don't see how you guys fit 35s without major rubbing!

It may be due to your wider 33" tires... I had 295/70/17s on an 05 4x4 with no leveling kit. On stock wheels, no rubbing at all..
