Default 35's on 05 with 2.5 level?

So I got a free set of 17" rims like new and my buddy took a set of 35" terra Grapplers of his rims for a swap and is willing to give me em with 10/32ths left on them will they fit with some shaving? I am worried they may be too large.... Any opinions will help

This is my 07, which should be the same as an 05. 35x12.5x17 on a 2.5inch level. Barely rubs at full lock.

It will depend on the wheel specs. Are they stock wheels? I have 315/70/17 on nearly stock spec wheels and they don't rub at all.

What is the backspacing? If four and a half with negative offset they will rub bad.
